The same certified protection without the color coating — our most economical option for fall zones, equestrian arenas, and budget-minded projects.

Every pallet is 50 easy-to-handle bags — 75 cubic feet — delivered free anywhere in the lower 48. The granules meet the ASTM F1292 impact standard for playground surfacing. With no pigment and no coating, there is nothing on it to fade or re-coat. It won’t break down the way wood mulch does: the depth you pour is the depth you keep, season after season.

One pallet covers about 300 sq ft at a 3-inch depth or 150 sq ft at the CPSC-recommended 6-inch playground depth. Not sure how much you need? Our Mulch Calculator gives you the answer in seconds, and the Perfect Playground Safety Handbook explains the science. Ordering more than 5 pallets? Call 800-918-3357 for project pricing.
